Facebook account is your personal web store place where you can have your personal messages, photos or videos or anything else that you want to make private or public. No one wants their personal details to be shared with anyone unknown or unfamiliar person and in some cases not with anyone of course. When seeing these cases of personal information sharing I think this internet world these days has turned cruel with some bad ideas. Yes, there are possibilities to know more about a person from their facebook profile. Physiologists have even determined many things from peoples social profiles to know more about the nature of a person. But taking a whole thing in mind I am totally negative with what these Companies are doing for their jobs hiring.
