Facebook Profile is the profile/wall or timeline of a particular Facebook login account holder. The URL www.facebook.com forwards the user to the Facebook Login page (if s/he’s not logged in) or the Facebook Homepage (if s/he’s already logged in). However, it never leads to the Facebook Profile or Timeline of the user. To view the Profile, go to www.facebook.com and after entering the login credentials, one should click the Profile link on the top right corner of the Facebook login screen. However, if the URL directs you to the homepage, loging in again will not be necessary (will not be possible either.)
A Facebook Login Profile is the Wall of the user himself/herself. This page shows the information about the owner of this profile and his/her activities. The statues, photos, likes, comments, events and other activities that the user has been involved in, are displayed in the Facebook profile page. Unlike this, the Facebook homepage displays the same information for all of the friends or even friends of friends as per the settings of the Facebook users. It’s termed as Facebook Login Profile in this article because none of the Profile related or even the Facebook Homepage related activities are accessible without being logged into the Facebook Account.
There is one way that can help viewing one’s or other person’s Profile on Facebook without logging in and even without signing up for a Facebook Account. Instead of typing www.facebook.com in the address bar, type www.facebook.com/username. Replace the ‘Facebook login username‘ with the username of the person whose profile you’re trying to view. This will redirect you to the profile of that person and there you’ll see options for Signing up as well as Log in to the Facebook Account. Once you press the Login Button there, you’ll have to enter your ID and password and you’ll be redirected to the same profile again but only this time you’ll be logged in and you’ll be able to access more on Facebook.
